Hinges and tracks

L-DOOR never uses anything less than the best of materials. Our panels are interconnected with galvanized steel hinges which have been fitted with adjustable roll holders, made of galvanized steel. At either side, the door runs along Sendzimir galvanized guide tracks.

Springs

One or several torsion springs ensure that your sectional door remains perfectly balanced throughout its entire cycle. The springs themselves have been mounted on a steel shaft that has been anchored to the assembly frame by means of bearing-mounted bracket plates.

Overdesigned steel lift cables, on grooved aluminium cable drums, connect the torsion springs to the door leaf.

Seals

A soft polystyrene foam strip between the connecting panels breaks any thermal bridge. At the top and the bottom, the sectional door is sealed by means of sturdy rubber profiles. To the left and the right, the door is sealed by means of a vertical clamp profile made of hard rubber.
